I would like to turn off the "auto" numbered list. In the old 6.x version, it was solved through the options menu. But now it is not visible in 10.x version. Where can I turn off the options menu or numbered list?

Where has the options menu gone? There used to be a Settings/Options menu, but I can't see it. Where the hell am I supposed to find it?
