  1. I sent another help request without them responding to my request. But I got notice that Evernote legacy will be shut down for good by March 23 2024 without fixing its bugs. Yesterday I just successfully transferred all my notes to Joplin. I must say Joplin is really a nice piece of software. Although open source, there is a community that responds to requests in contrast to Evernote. The transfer needed some manual work but in the end it was easier than I thought despite the many stacks and notes. On March 26, 2023 My next step is to request a refund from Evernote for after March 23 2024 because they are shutting now the tool on me and not fixing the bug that is essential for me to work with it.
  2. I sent another helprequest on this topic last month. Evernote responded with "Without a significant level of detail, we won’t be able to process your request quickly." In other words: They just don't give a f* about paying customers !!
  3. I have the same problem. I just updated from Evernote Legacy to 10.68.3. Evernote Team: Please let me know why is this date bug not fixed? All my programs, including my Evernote Legacy, follow the date format of Windows 10 settings. I am using yyyy-mm-dd But the buggy piece of Evernote 10 ignores that and uses mm-dd-yy WHY?
  4. Why is this not being fixed by Evernote despite customers requesting it? A symbolic link is a poor workaround. Please let me know when this will be fixed that the folder can move? Or is the workaround to move to another tool?
