Problem fixed. I deleted the app on my new iphone and re-downloaded it. I was able to login to Evernote on my iphone and it is now working. I believe the problem was the the app was automatically downloaded to new iphone during transferring apps from my ipad. I had not set a pin for it on the new iphone. Probably, if I used up all my pin tries, I would have been given the opportunity to login with my password and that should have solved the problem.

Opened Evernote app on my new iphone 13 pro and it will not accept my pin. now down to 2 try's left. States "Passcode incorrect, 2 attempts left. The same pin works on my Android phone and my ipad. Suggestions on how to fix this problem.
