I’m not finding answers in the forums or the Help section of the website. And I can’t figure out how to submit a support “ticket” as was suggested in one forum answer. I keep going in circles. I’ve been a loyal member since 2013 and haven’t had a reason to contact support - but my images are disappearing in older notes, showing them as HEIC files, not rendered. (Newly created notes are showing my images imported from my iPhone just fine.). Help!

I have also been having trouble with images disappearing, and showing up as HEIC alerts… How do I submit a support ticket? Or use Chat? Support links just point to FAQs and the forum…

Images that showed up fine before have disappeared in some older notes, showing just an HEIC warning symbol, saying “Unable to render this type of image”. For example, I’m looking at a note I created in November 2017 and updated Nov 2019; and I’m sure I could see the images before. Now I see a lot of HEIC file extensions with just the warning. Same thing on both my iPhone (iOS 14.8.1) and the Evernote website on my iPad. When I create NEW notes, pulling images from my iPhone, the images are appearing fine. How do I get my photos back and what happened??
