  1. I use the free version of Evernote and have been for 8+ years. I only use the app on my iPhone and the web. Recently the app has been forcing me to unsync extra devices that don't exist. It lists my iPhone twice - once is legit, the other is somehow appearing seemingly out of nowhere with a weird lengthy multi-letter identifier (different each time it appears). I have to unsync one of the listed devices to continue to use the app (I choose the weird one each time) but can only do this twice per month. Since I have been forced to do this twice this week, I am now locked out of the program on all devices. This is ridiculously frustrating, as I only use the app minimally, but for things I do need to have regular, daily access to. I am using it far within the limits of the free version designation, but due to this issue cannot currently use it at all. I hope that this can be attributed to an unintended and correctable programming glitch, but as all avenues seem to force this user toward upgrading to the pay version I am concerned it is actually doing exactly what it has been designed to do. This gives me great pause about Evernote business practices, as I would find the latter scenario deplorably unethical. Are others experiencing this? Is there a way to correct the issue by changing a setting on my end? Evernote - can you address this issue more broadly to prevent it from happening? Erika
