Is it posibble for hackers to break the two factor authentication also ? Because eventhough I have changed my password multiple times and revoked acess to all other devices , whenever I am asking to send the verification code after password verification , I am getting very weird text messages with the code reply that doesnt look like it isnt coming from evernote

Someone has hacked into my evernote account eventhough I have put two factor authentication and have changed my password multiple times , I know this because whenever I am asking to send the verification code , it is propping up a weird text message with the code that doesnt look like it is from evernote .... Can I please get any guidance on who I should contact because this is very very urgent for me. I have a professional subscription and dont know who else to contact to reset my account because my whole life is in Evernote

Since evernote doesnt have even a proper email to get back to , I am posting this here . My account has been hacked from multiple locations 4 days back along with my whole life and other details . I have been using the paid memebership of evernote for the last 6 years , but I saw that this security issue was adressed by multiple people here 3 years back. . Seriously was the develiopement team sleeping for the last 3 eyars since this issue has been reported ? I am proceeding ahead here with a police complaint and more are to follow. Evernote is responsible for Any damage done to me because this was an issue that could be easily fixed by your security team .. all that was to be done was to give an instant notification. I am posting these here for the records.
