This also happened to my windows evernote app.
I think this happened after I upgrade my evernote to lastest version.
My windows system is windows 7 64bit.
My Evernote version:
10.19.2-win-ddl-public (2852)

My plan is Evernote personal.
I tried logout and re-log and it's the same.
Refer to my picture. I have 3 "Game" books. And they all have same notes.
If I delete one of 3 books, all books would be deleted.
And I also have 3 upper level stack with same name. But I never categorize them like that.
Is there anyone have the same problem?
