I have been came across this problems as well.
i have used on my phone and on mac, as well as on the web. it is not a common sense that the web using is counted as 1 device.
Then perpetual loading screen appears on my phone and mac app, while the web still can be used normally.
I have to say, thank you for free service. but this is a very confusing reaction. we would like to receive more clear feedback, such as: "you have reached limit of devices" rather than a error/bug like- perpetual loading.
