Via the web client in Firefox, when trying to click-drag scroll bar to slide up/down list of pages, hand-pointer icon after click will either flip to the resize list width icon or will highlight page item next to the click. I was able to scroll a little, but this basic function is ridiculously hard to do. For the most part, it seems like the mouse position is crossing over too many clickable options at once (see attached image where both page is highlighted and resize icon/vertical line appear). Perhaps a bit of padding to the right of titles that isn't part of their selection would help? Either way, this is driving me nuts b/c it's excruciatingly painful and has made a 2 minute task take over 20 min just trying to click and drag a thing. The scroll bar between the folders and pages panel is definitely better and far more functional than the pages list, but still has this same flipping between resize and selection. Additional notes: I'm experiencing this in Firefox on both Windows and Linux machines.
