How do I get help from support on this matter?

I followed the steps posted by PinkElephant. Uninstalled EN via AppCleaner Installed EN from the EN website Unchecked "Save Data at Logout" I am still having the same problems which are either unresponsiveness or long delays (20 or more seconds) from when I type (or paste) that it appears on the note. Any other suggestions?

For a few months now, my EN freezes on my Macbook Pro. I cannot seem to pin the problem to a certain condition. It seems to happen in either notes or notebooks that are used less frequently. What happens is that I will select a note and click into the note to edit. At that point, it just freezes - I never get to edit. I'll give up after a few minutes and then I have to quit and restart the app; however, that does not always work. This was never an issue before (I've been using EN for 10 years) and is incredibly frustrating! Please help. Thanks
