3 days have passed, and finally, I have got the reply to my Support Ticket. So, Their statement is,
He has also offered me the refund option if I want. So, I have decided to keep the subscription. But, one thing I want to mention, it was a very bad experience, I got. Waiting for 3 days! It was feeling very helpless. Evernote's Twitter handle is like a bot, same reply to all supports.
So, today, just one hour ago, before their reply, I submitted another Ticket asking for a Refund. And suddenly I got the mail that my problem had been solved. So, until the Customer takes the last step, they will not reply!!!
