  1. Thanks for the info. I really appreciate it. FYI, I submitted a support ticket regarding this issue. Hopefully Evernote support has a simple fix. Cheers!
  2. Hi, I am on the Personal plan and never come anywhere near using the available monthly bandwidth. And I have well over a terabyte of available storage on my M1 Max MacBook Pro internal NVMe drive. I do have Evernote installed on all of my computers (which I believe is 6,) my iPad Mini, and my iPhone 13. Is there a limit to the number of devices on which I can install Evernote if I am on the Personal plan? I really don't need Evernote installed on my mini Intel NUC PCs that I use as "Media Centers" connected to the TVs in my two bedrooms and TV in the living room. So I could revoke those installs if need be. Thanks for your help!
  3. Hi, I have tried installing the latest version of Evernote for Mac using the downloadable installer from the Evernote site and via the Apple App Store. In each case after installing the desktop app, Evernote will launch and display a "spinning" green circle with some changing text messages below the circle icon. It appears as if Evernote is downloading/syncing my notes from the web app. However, the syncing (if that is in fact what is happening) appears to "time out" leaving only a blank white screen no matter how long I wait. The only menu command that I can activate is the "About Evernote" option. Nothing happens when I click on any other menu option including the "Account Info" and "Settings" options. I can access my notes via the web app without any problems. But of course, I would prefer to use the desktop app. I am using an M1 Max MacBook Pro with 64GB of RAM and a 2TB internal NVMe drive running macOS Ventura v13.4. Any help your can provide is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
