Thanks to everyone who posted. It's good to know one is not alone or crazy. Plus, so many people chiming in I'm sure makes the developers prioritize taking action to resolve the glitch. I just updated my app through Google Play Store. Initial testing seems to indicate the update resolved the problem.

I've been having same issue. Android phone app. Where is the solution?
