I've been with Evernote since 2010 and am familiar with the Teams account. We moved from multiple Business accounts to Teams when it 1st became available years ago but left when V10 became untenable. I've followed the progress and maintained my Personal Account while working with Notion for the Business as a replacement.
I LOVE Notion but it's too much work to maintain for a Team and lacks some key functionality that Evernote has. I've been really pleased with Evernote again, except their utter lack of any support at all. Evernote Tasks will be wonderful once they get just a little further with development.
***My biggest wish is for a return to creating Notes (and Tasks!!) with Siri on iOS. Legacy's implementation of this was one of the best of ANY app I've used.***
My support request hasn't even generated a ticket number, only an unrelated auto-response. I'm hopeful they'll ultimately get a handle on their support department eventually. I was just hoping someone here had found a way to resolve it other than having 2 webpages open all the time.
