And as of today the same problem on my phone? I can't access my notes at all without upgrading?

Hello. After upgrade to 10.10.5 I was stuck on loading screen. After following the steps above I am stuck on the "upgrade" screen. My choice is to sign out, unsynch a device or upgrade. I can't get to my notes. What is the solution for this? It's been over a week since I was able to get to my notes on my pc.
