I did. Now it shows a black screen without texts for several seconds before the content appears

Hi Community, Thanks for your help. Since the update to android version 10 the app starts very slowly. Every time I start the app the screen attached appears saying "one moment please... your new app is set up". I hot the version for months now and it doesnt change. Really annoying as often I just want to quickly note something and I need wait for 10 seconds before I can do so. Any ideas? Many thanks!!!!
