I have EN set to work on my phone (in the app) and on the desktop app. The desktop app, however, isn't registered... for some reason EN is still tied to my old motherboard. I removed this and added the current desktop but it still hasn't shown up. I try to log into both of those, it says that it isn't compatible, and signs me right back out. I've had this issue for a week now. I need to get into the notes system and I do not understand why the 1)new computer still hasn't registered and 2)my approved phone app keeps signing me out. Fix this, please.
