Really would like to see this setting added for start on boot & start minimized! Can't believe I have to use the legacy app to get this feature. Adding your own shortcut works, but it never starts minimized even if you select "start minimized" in the shortcut properties 😒

I really miss this feature for a pull down persistent notification to quickly add a note from any screen. I would even accept the Android N-style quick add like what Todoist has released, but the fact that there doesn't seem to be any option for a one-touch add note from anything that isn't the home screen is really disappointing.
