Wordgasm

Hello! I am still using iOS 12, and I don't know if this is an issue. But I keep getting asked to sync my two choices of devices and then getting logged out. Whenever I need to clip something important, this step always gets in the way — whether it is on my mobile phone or on my laptop. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you!
