Running Evernote 10.9.10, build 2439 on Windows 10 desktop - I have 2 monitors. When I open Evernote, it opens by default to the right monitor; the Windows buttons for Minimize, Resize, and Close are not shown, so the Evernote window can't be resized or moved. Using ALT-F4 closes the app. This problem just started.
