  1. I just joined a client's Evernote, and they use Work Chat. After a morning of difficulty figuring out how to get Work Chat to appear in my Mac desktop app (and iPhone app), I now cannot access the message I was supposedly sent. I have an email that says "You have a chat waiting in Evernote." I open the email, click on the "reply in Evernote" button, and get taken to the "Opening in Evernote screen." But when I click on "continue with desktop app" button, nothing happens. (And I can't continue in browser, because the browser version doesn't support Work Chat.) I've tried clicking on the link in Brave, Chrome, Firefox... none of them work. If I try opening the button link in a new page (https://www.evernote.com/redirect?_h=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.evernote.com%2FAnalyticsPitStop.action%3Femail_name%3DmessagingInvitationFollowUp%26email_guid%3D3899b529-cafe-42f0-bc87-78072a31417a%26email_link%3Dhttps%3A%2F%2Fevernote.com%2Fi%2FS5oPZ7zzRno%26targetUrl%3Dhttps%3A%2F%2Fevernote.com%2Fi%2FS5oPZ7zzRno%3Futm_source%3Dservice_email%26utm_medium%3Dmessaging_invitation_reminder%26utm_source%3Dservice%26utm_medium%3Demail%26utm_content%3DmessagingInvitationFollowUp) I get a "the address wasn't understood" message. So how do I access this Work Chat? My Work Chat section of the desktop app is currently empty -- no messages. Help?
