Calendar Sync with Office 365.

I've created the calendar in Google and then added the Outlook Calendar. The problem I have is the inconsistent updates in see in the Google version. It's making the whole calendar integration with Evernote useless to me. I wish I had understood the severe limitations before I upgraded. Really hoping that Evernote steps up their roll out of this feature.
