(Web Client) Cursor jumps to top of Note while typing

Unable to use evernote. Windows evernote 10.6.9 has a 'spelling check disfunction' and evernote web's cursor jumping every second, and it becomes more severe. Need some improvement as soon as possible. Almost unable to do any work.
