    This has bothered me for a while and I (sort of) found a solution. In your Note, set the font how you like it and click the drop down next to "Normal Text". Select "Update 'Normal text' to match". This will make the set the default font for that page. From what I can tell, the update only applies to that page. Hopefully this helps a little.
