I'm having the same problem. Both cookies and cache already deleted twice. Nothing helps. I have recently bought a premium plan and can't use it now!

I have tags that can't be deleted, renamed, or moved. I use the newest version of the web client. If I switch to a previous version, I don't see these tags. If I switch to the newest version, I see these tags again. How to repair this issue?
