It seems to have got better. After logging on Evernote probably 100 times, the issue seems to be gone since a couple days ago. Try the latest version 10.5.7 Other people have experienced the same problem, yes:

The issue seems to be gone after the last update. It was a bit intermittent in the last 3 days, in the sense that I would not need to login again for many hours but then suddenly I needed to. That happened a few times but seems to have improved a lot yesterday where I logged in only once in the morning. But today was the first time that I didn't have to login again in the morning, first of all, so that's a good sign!

It is the same thing for me.. I am a new premium user and been using Evernote for 1 month. Used apple ID and regret it badly. I have to login multiple times a day and that is on Mac, iphone and ipad. It's a pain. Been sending emails to support since then but got nothing. Emailed them one more time today..
