After a long time waiting for this feature it seems Evernote team won't do anything about it. I solve it my self by a little trick. In chrome browser right click on note area and select inspect. Then find and select body tag inside iframe tag. then on the right pane on element.style add this css: direction: rtl; Problem Solved ! :)
