I've also been having this issue, and I'm in the newest version (10.6.9). From what I can tell, it happens when I've left Evernote open for a little while. I'll come back and try to open a note, and nothing comes up. But, if I close and restart, things seem to work again.

It seems that Evernote thinks that the word "your" in some instances is deserving of a red underline. In these cases, it is not incorrectly used; and in the same context the word "your" is also *not* flagged. It's random and quite annoying. I'm sure this will happen with other words as I begin to use the updated version more frequently. As you can see in the first screenshot, there is no actual error reported, but also no way to clear the red line.
