  1. Hi, The "Reset Network Settings" does not necessarily solve this problem. For me, an older cloud-backed version was downloaded to my device (I used an iPhone a long time ago, now I’m starting again for one of my devices) and that was the problem. I had to delete and then reinstall. I was referring to another iOS but I ended up installing a newer version and I was able to log in.
