I've got exactly the same issue. Why does a Cloud-based Notes Application not allow for updates on IOS devices now? I get the "View Only" notice as well. This appears only since the upgrade on MacOS, or just a coincidence? Evernote, this needs to be resolved ASAP. It becomes useless for me if I cannot update my notes across multiple devices. (And I am a paid subscription user).
