Logging out and then back on did no help. How do I reach out to support?

On a MAC. Everyone version 10.30.6.

I want to move the note from the Notebook "Pathway Staff" to the Notebook "Church." I have highlighted the note and then "move note to" but when I type in the word Church, no Notebook is revealed. In fact when I type in any letter, no notebook is revealed.

I am currently unable to move a note to a different notebook. I'm using a Mac computer version 12.1. Please advise and thank you.

How come my Mac computer has version 10.15 and my MacBook Pro has version 7.14. How do I get the newer version on my MacBook Pro?
