Search has stopped working on all devices

Since upgrading to the newest version for Mac, search does not work. I've lost track of how many times I shutdown/restarted. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Same results. Whenever I try to search for anything, I get the same error. "Search failed. Try again later."
