hello, i am going to try and not miss any information out, and i aplogise for any spelling mistakes there may be as i am VERY angry at this! i opened my evernote app like i have been since 2017, but for it only to randomly close and come up with an "error" message - after trying to open it two more times and it closing again, i could only come to the realisation that my evernote app needed updating. - then went to update my app and couldnt becuase of storage - i then freed some storage - then i went to update the app as it wasnt even opening at this point. - then it had updated and i could finally open it, thnak God ! so i thought !!!! - except i have now come to find ALL of my folders repeated about for times over !! and then it saying (0) at then end of them, _ i then think that it was me and close the app and reopen it , but no still there... - so i go to delete the MULTIPLE FOLDERS the say (0) next to them but then i find my actual other notes now in the trash ?!!? this needs to be explained !!!!!!! - THEN i start to restore some of the notes from the trash, but decide to check them as i am restoring them, BUT THEN I FIND SOME OF MY NOTES COMPLETELY MISSING CONTENT IN THEM !!!! - NO PICTURES, NO VOICE NOTES !!!! - then i check the content of the folders that did not get put in the trash and THEY ARE MISSING CONETNT TOO NO PICTURES, NO VOICE NOTES !!!!! -I AM LIVID !! I USE EVERNOTE BECAUSE I AM DYSLEXIC AND HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH MORE AND BECAUSE OF THIS I USED EVERNOTE VOICE RECORD AND PICTURES. - THEY WERE ALL THERE BEFORE AND NOT THERE NOWW !! PLUS THESE RANDOMMLY ADDED FOLDERES!! say they are empty but then some of them are NOT even though they say (0) next to them !!! - those voice recording held very important documentations, what can you do as a comapny for me to get them back !!! as i have said ive used evernote since 2017 and nothing like this has never happened before. I expect help with this major issue !!!!
