  1. I am using: 10.87.6-win-ddl-public (20240511152319) Editor: v178.1.10 Service: v1.105.2 On Windows 11 Home My Evernote browser version is working correctly, as is the Android version on my Galaxy phone. But the Windows 11 version of Evernote is almost completely down. I can see my Shortcuts and Recent Notes in the left hand column, but none of them display in the preview screen on the right. When I try to create a new note I just see an hourglass. When I try to view any of the notes in my Shortcuts & Recent Notes list, I see the following message:
  2. I would like to permanently change my Normal Text font from Sans Serif to Slab Serif. I figured out how to do it for the note I'm editing by clicking Update Normal Text To Match, but when I create a new note it reverts to Sans Serif. Is there a way to make that change my default?
  3. Recently while on vacation, while I was offline, I discovered I couldn't open any of the links on my Android phone I had so carefully saved prior to leaving. The notes weren't even very big, just Bookmarks I had created using the Evernote Web clipper on my PC. I searched the help today and discovered the following on the Access notes offline help page: Full contents of a note are available from a mobile device if: A note was originally created on that mobile device Your device is connected to the Internet You've recently viewed a note You've set up offline notebooks on that device (paid subscription only) Please restore the previous functionality that did not require me to have viewed a note while on-line.
