We are a business user and typically would go through support but that process does not work right now and we are receiving no replies from the general email submission. So I am posting here to hopefully get a support agent to contact us about an account that was created but the welcome email never came and subsequent re-sends are not working either. So eseentially we have a paid license and user who cannot login. Anybody?
