Alrightie, it is not possible to change default settings for headers for all subsequent new notes, thanks for the info. Hopefully this is helpful for the many more who wonder the same thing.

Hi, How can I change the default settings of HEADERS. I'd like to change font size and font color for small, medium and large, and have these settings to automatically be applied to all notes (or all new notes)? Looked at Evernote > Settings > Preferences > Notes Can't find where to make these changes. Thanks in advance.
