Suddenly rocketbook won't save to Evernote. I can get into my Evernote account on my phone and mac, however. Any wisdom about this?

Also Evernote won't let me send in a support ticket unless I'm a premium member, so there doesn't seem to be a way for me to report this to Evernote

I have been using Evernote with Rocketbook for a few years and all of a sudden, it won't connect. I contacted Rocketbook, and they said it was a known problem on Evernote's side. When will this be resolved?
