When I try to convert a long note into a PDF, then preview it in my Windows Web Browser, only the first 3 pages appear in the PDF. What happened to the other pages? Is there a bug or limit to the size of the PDF that will be generated?

In the old Windows Evernote App UI, if I inserted the app note link from another note into the main note I am working with, and I right clicked on the link for the contextual menu, it used to show me an option for opening that note link in a new Window. Now it does not appear in the right click contextual menu. Is this a bug or a missing feature in the new UI?
