  1. MacOS Catalina, Evernote 10.3 Creating a new note - note is not synced to server and NOT SAVED LOCALLY after app closes Editing any note - edits are not saved/synced when app closes In all cases, the message at bottom right reads 'All changes saved'. However, upon closing and later re-opening the app, no new notes or edits to existing notes are saved. Any note windows that were open when the app closed are not open, and those new notes simply vanish. Basically, ALL work done within Evernote is NOT SAVED either locally or to the server. This makes Evernote for MacOS completely useless.
  2. I'm having the same problems on v 10.2.4 - notes simply vanish completely without any trace. Really hoping that the notes data do exist somewhere, in some form that can be retrieved ... but not a lot of hope at this point. I've lost several days worth of work due to this bug - frustrating to say the least. I've been a Premium member for 10+ years and never had these kinds of problems, but this is causing me to look for another solution. Someone please help!
  3. v 10.2.4 build 458360 public Editor: v111.0.14414 Service: v1.21.2 Notes are disappearing at random (from all Evernote client apps on all platforms). These notes were synced and accessed multiple times before they simply vanished. They are not in the Trash, also missing on Evernote Web. Some were also in the Shortcuts list; they have simply vanished without any trace that they ever existed. I know of at least two that are missing for certain, but hard to tell if any others have been lost because there is no pattern to it, and no errors or notifications of any kind. Very concerned as this behaviour negates any reason to continue using Evernote Premium, at least for anything important? I've submitted a ticket but a message states that it may be up to 10 days before I get a response! Can anyone here help with this?
