Getting this message for weeks: "Syncing temporarily paused. You can continue editing while Evernote reconnects."

I've been getting this message for weeks now: "Syncing temporarily paused. You can continue editing while Evernote reconnects." I'm running on a 2022 M2 MackBook Air with an up to date macOS Ventura 13.4, and Evernote version: 10.56.9-mac-ddl-public (4080), Editor: V168.1.20898, Service: v1.68.4. My mac behaves normally with internet connectivity in all other respects. Any way to diagnose/resolve?
