Thank you all for swift responses. This note is accessed between a windows laptop, desktop, and android phone. I constantly have it open and edit it between the different systems. It is open perpetually on my laptop. Auditing the changelog for the note shows the changes happen when I am not using the program (i.e. when I was out at dinner last night). Which resulted in a truncated line item and a row being duplicated 3 times. This is typical. For this reason I claim Evernote is glitching and making these changes happen. Please let me know if you think any of this might be causing the issue. Boot17 I will try and make a new note, which is not ideal, and you might be on to something with Real Time Editing! Hi, I have a note that I have been using as my task list - it is a 2 column table where I have a checklist of tasks assigned to a time/day of the week on the left, and and in the other column on the right are the tasks I need to schedule (by putting in the left column) in bullet form. Throughout the day, my list will start changing itself in various forums - duplicating items, truncating items, copy/paste overwriting items. This has become increasingly troubling due to the fact my duties are going missing from the list and I can easily forget something I need to do, and also it is taking up much time reverting to previous notes to sync up with my uncorrupted data. Why is Evernote modifying my data this way when there is no input on my end? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Just echoing other's thought, have submitted internally to EN. But the Legacy version just simply worked perfect for clipping exact faithful representations of websites and further more editing them while keeping the original format. Bummer this isn't the case! They should continue Legacy forever or give an option to use old HTML version. Pink Elephant, you mentioned switching from Evernote due to this change - do you have any suggested alternatives that would be a better fit? Thanks.

Hey, Just wanted to echo your thoughts on this. I also use it primarily for web clipping and when I clip an article, especially a longer one with multiple paragraphs and formatting it never comes through organically on the current version. Legacy is PERFECT!! Legacy also allows you to make edits much easier, while keeping original format. When you have to convert HTML or whatever with that wand, it totally messes up whatever the current version has grabbed. It was nice just deleting a few sentences or making my own additions to it. I really hope they revert to the original method or continue to keep legacy alive so I can continue to use Evernote. Honestly, the change was a massive step backward for me. At least if they could include a setting to allow the old method or the new one. Thanks

I hope they find way to fix this. Almost all of my notes are web clips - and the original formatting has been ruined. Instead of what seeing what I had originally clipped the information is now placed in many strata of "HTML Content, etc." completely ruining any sort of flow or ease of readability. I will attempt to try the legacy version which is disappointing. I wish they could at least apply this new setting to future notes or something. Does anyone know if there is any sort of poll or thread where I could support fixing this, thanks.
