As a premium member, you are entitled to individual support. If you are a Premium User, to find this form more quickly in the future, click the "Sign In" link at http://www.evernote.com and sign-in to your account on the Evernote website before visiting: http://www.evernote.com/about/contact/support/#inquiry When filling out the support form, please be sure to put in your Premium username to be properly placed into the Premium Queue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  2. Currently our payment engine isn't sophisticated enough to allow you to do this. While you are premium you will not have the option to purchase the iTunes upgrade. If you needed to do this, you would need to cancel your current subscription. Wait until that runs out and you return to a free user. You will then see that option and can upgrade again. We will not delete any of your synced data during the transition period

  5. Taylor I would recommend filing a support request from our website. We have seen a couple problems with this, and can even provide you a beta release that may help.
  6. Just to let everyone know, this is something we do want to develop and it is on the list of features we are considering. We get a large number of feature requests, only our product development team can determine which we will add. I will be sure to pass on all the comments we have gotten regarding adding a rotation feature to them.
  7. Jester, we don’t offer that ability at this time. You can pull out the note and edit it in a text editor. You may also see many different products in our Evernote Trunk that allow different options.
  8. FYI, we have reproduced the error and filed an internal bug report. We hope to have this fixed soon. For now you will need to manually copy and paste the url, or put text into the note.
