This just happened to me. I resolved it, on Windows, by killing all the Evernote processes and then starting EverNote up again.

I'm having the same issue.

When selecting a save search made up of three tags (some with two tags seem to work) I permanently get "Window is not responding", no matter what I do. And even worse, when I close and reopen (or restart) Evernote it opens to this exact same saved search and again I am stuck. The only resolution to this predicament is to remove and reinstall Evernote. Is there a solution to this? Why is it not responding. Note that normal searches and notes in general seem to work fine, so far (I just incidentally upgraded yesterday).
