Problem is I can not login into my old account, can't reset the password because the email address no longer exists. Is there someone that can help get my old account back?

on my Mac I upgraded from 7.10 to 7.12 and my notes did not transfer over, also my email was an old email that no longer works, so that might be the root of the problem. is there a way to reset my email address to a new one for the older account? or is there a way to get to my old data locally and recover it? I can see where the data, and I see older data there also, like pre-migration data. Any advice? Thanks
