  1. I signed up for Evernote with an annual subscription in May 2019 in anticipation of my new role on a senior healthcare leadership team for a clinic system. I have been using Evernote heavily for the last week and I am extremely dissatisfied with the product and am requesting a refund. My main frustration has been a letdown in expectations. I subscribed to Evernote thinking I could seamlessly move between my work computer, home computer and cell phone in an effort to reduce my dependence on paper. However, my notes do not sync quickly enough and it makes this product unusable for me. Plea
