    Very frustrating. I'm trying the fee opensource encrypted alternative Joplin. It offers both internal anchors and encryption - you provide your own storage or use dropbox, google drive, icloud, ... and you can sync it to all your devices I'm still using Evernote but those days are numbered until I see some improvements.
