  1. Shane, thank you for the explanation. Nevertheless, allow me to be disappointed by the policy of EVERNOTE. If a user has an older smartphone with android 4.x and it works good and he wants to keep it, this is not correct that Evernote Corp. is indirectly forcing him to buy a new phone. We understand that with older OS Version, not all functions may be available and the user experience may be limited. But I feel frustrated not being able at all to use the Evernote Service (I am paying for) on my own device. Beside the normal one, would it be possible to keep an older, compatible and, well, limited, version of the evernote client on the app store? Thank you for your consideration.
