Before I installed the newest version I would filter to the tags I was about to add in Evernote. For example Company, Payment Method, Payment Month. Then I would drop a stack of files into my import folder, I have seen the forum discussion on this as well, please bring this back immediately, and all the files I dropped into my import folder would be auto tagged with those tags. I frequently have 15-20 files to add at once that require the same tags. This was a huge time saver to be able to not need to manually add tags to every single file. I've had this new version installed for an hour and our company is already looking at alternatives. The changes could cost us an hour+ / week at this point.
