Now Evernote just spins in "Syncing Changes...." - thoughts on how to resolve this?

I really don't understand why there was no error shown to me that would have indicated that whatever I was working on locally wouldn't just show back up the next time I opened the app. This is bonkers. If anyone can help, that would be much appreciated.

Checked on Evernote.com and my Android device - they do not have the content that was on my PC. So the content that I was working on my PC doesn't appear to be synced to the server. I realize in retrospect that I should have stopped working when I continued to see the "Syncing Changes..." bar persist as I worked. I didn't see any errors, so I never imagined I'd lose that work if there was a restart. I contacted support and they are saying 10-12 days for a response. I have a presentation coming up this week and need those notes to be able to proceed. So I'm hoping someone with knowledge of the local cache can help me troubleshoot.

I am running Evernote on Windows 10 (v10.2.4) i have been using the new app for weeks without issue. On Thursday (Nov 5) I started to notice that the app was stuck on "Syncing Changes..." I didn't think twice about it, but continued working. My computer restarted overnight (Nov 7th) and this morning all my notes from Nov 6th and onward are missing and cannot be found locally or using the web client. There is 12+ hours of work in those notes, and I obviously really want to find them. Can somebody help me troubleshoot how to restore these given I can't find them anywhere within the Evernote Windows client? Help, please!
