Bring back auto syncing PDF edits done in preview

Evernote for Mac Requests (Versions 10.0 and above)
Previously if you opened a PDF (from evernote) in preview all changes would auto-sync with the note. Now we are forced to copy in the latest version of the file. PLEASE bring back the old workflow!
